How we started
I'm Diane Keller, and I started Health is Wealth in my late forties. Like a lot of people that age, I noticed the small things adding up — energy that dipped in the afternoons, sleep that wasn't as deep, a few extra pounds that wouldn't move. And every time I went looking for answers, I found ten headlines that contradicted each other.
So I did something a little stubborn: I started reading the actual research. The studies behind the headlines. And what I found was that the truth was usually more interesting — and more useful — than the hype.
Health is Wealth grew out of that habit. Our whole job is to translate real research into plain-English habits you can actually use. No fear-mongering, no miracle cures — just what the evidence says and what to do about it.
What we believe
- Specifics beat slogans. "Eat healthy" helps no one. We try to tell you exactly what, why, and how much.
- Small changes compound. The five-minute habits matter more than the dramatic overhauls nobody sticks to.
- You deserve the why. When you understand the reason behind a recommendation, you're far more likely to follow through.
- Honesty about money. We're reader-supported and earn commissions on some links. We tell you that plainly. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
